Aussie Paralympics Medal Winners to Take Home Cash Reward

Gold Medal

Australian Paralympic gold medal winners will receive a cash reward of AUD$20,000. This is an increase from the AUD$15,000 awarded at the 2016 Rio Paralympics.

Silver Medal

Australian Paralympic silver medal winners will receive a cash reward of AUD$15,000. This is an increase from the AUD$10,000 awarded at the 2016 Rio Paralympics.

Bronze Medal

Australian Paralympic bronze medal winners will receive a cash reward of AUD$10,000. This is an increase from the AUD$7,500 awarded at the 2016 Rio Paralympics.

Additional Rewards

In addition to the cash rewards, Australian Paralympic medal winners will also receive a number of other benefits, including:

• A lifetime pension
• Free travel on public transport
• Discounts on a range of goods and services
